Saskatoon Police responded to a stabbing overnight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On June 16, 2026 at approximately 1:00 a.m., police were patrolling in the area of the 2200 block of 22nd Street West when they were flagged down by a male in distress. Arriving officers located a 24-year-old man with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries consistent with a stabbing. A man has been arrested after police responded to a report of animal abuse against a dog Friday evening.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On June 12, 2026 at approximately 7:25p.m., police were called to an apartment building in the 400 block of Maningas Bend for a report of an unknown problem. Dispatch information outlined that a male was assaulting his dog.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Officers arrived on scene and through their investigation, officers arrested a 53-year-old man. Officers also located and seized numerous firearms from inside the unit and learned the man’s Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) had been expired for multiple years.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a result, the 53-year-old man has been charged with Wilfully Causing Unnecessary Pain to His Dog by Kicking and Choking. Saskatoon Police have arrested and charged a man with a number of charges relating to a stolen vehicle incident that resulted in a motor vehicle collision.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On June 14, 2026 at approximately 6:55 p.m., police received a report of a stolen vehicle. Police located the stolen vehicle approximate two hours later at the intersection of 22nd Street and Idylwyld Drive North where a high-risk traffic stop was conducted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At this time, the vehicle’s owner also arrived on scene and attempted to remove the driver from the vehicle as police were conducting the traffic stop. The driver then began to flee in the vehicle; nearly striking a police officer. The suspect vehicle drove through a red traffic light where it struck another vehicle in the area of 22nd Street and 1st Avenue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The driver of the other vehicle involved in the collision was transported to hospital by paramedics.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The driver of the stolen vehicle began to flee on foot but was located by officers shortly after. A Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) was discharged and the man was arrested without further incident.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The 27-year-old female owner of the vehicle who attempted to remove the driver from the stolen vehicle was arrested at the scene of the collision and charged with Obstruction.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The 27-year-old man has been charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Evading Police, Assaulting a Peace Officer, Impaired Driving and Breaching Court-Imposed Conditions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Both the man and woman involved in this incident are believed to be known to one another.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Court Information Number: 991342153)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Occurrence Number: 26-83697)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

One man was arrested and now faces charges following a weapons call early this morning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On June 15, 2026 at around 3:10 a.m., police received a call for service in the area of 6th Avenue North and King Street reporting that a vehicle had pulled up to an individual and someone in the vehicle had a gun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Responding officers located a vehicle matching the description near Princess Street and 3rd Avenue North. A high-risk traffic stop was conducted and one of the passengers began to run away; however, a K9 track was conducted and the male was located and arrested shortly after. Saskatoon Police arrested one woman following an evade police incident with the assistance of the Air Support Unit (ASU).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At approximately 10:30 p.m. on June 13, 2026, officers observed a vehicle that had been involved in a evade police incident earlier that week driving westbound on 19th Street. Before officers could attempt a traffic stop, the vehicle began to flee at a high rate of speed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Shortly after, members of the Air Support Unit were able to begin monitoring the vehicle from the sky before it eventually came to a stop in the 2400 block of Keldon Avenue where a driver and passenger exited the vehicle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The driver of the vehicle was then arrested by officers on the ground without further incident. Three people have been arrested and face a number of charges following an assault where a firearm was also involved on Saturday evening.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On June 13, 2026 at around 5:20 p.m., police received a report of an injured person outside a business in the 3300 block of 8th Street East. It was reported that there was a physical altercation and that security had detained multiple people.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arriving officers located three security guards and four other people around them. Two youth males were arrested by police on scene and a search of one of the males resulted in officers locating bear spray.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A 20-year-old man was located with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries consistent with an assault. An uninjured 19-year-old woman was also located on scene.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Through investigation, officers learned two males approached another male and robbed him before a physical altercation occurred. It was also learned that, during the altercation, the woman reached into a bag and was believed to have pointed a firearm at the youth males.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The 19-year-old woman was arrested and a search of a nearby vehicle led to police to locating a sawed-off rifle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a result, two 16-year-old males have been charged with Robbery, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, and Committing an Offence While Masked. Four males are facing charges following an investigation by the Saskatoon Police Crime Reduction Team (CRT).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At approximately 11:00 p.m., June 4, 2026, CRT investigators executed two search warrants as part of an investigation into drug trafficking. With assistance from the Tactical Support Unit, two search warrants were executed at residences in the 2500 block of Meadows Parkway and the 100 block of Akhtar Bend. The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged a Regina man with child exploitation related offences.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On May 14, 2026, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit executed a Search Warrant at a home in Regina. Electronic devices were examined at scene and also seized by investigators. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a result of the investigation, 36-year-old Donavon Blacksioux of Regina was arrested and charged on June 10, 2026 with the following:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Possessing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Making Available Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blacksioux appeared in court on June 11, 2026 and was remanded until his next court date (June 17, 2026) in Regina Provincial Court.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Court information number:  991341794&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service and Saskatoon Police Service.
