A 45 year old Saskatoon woman is recovering in hospital following a stabbing which occurred early this morning.

At approximately 4:30 a.m., August 19, 2025, Police were called to a home in the 200 block Vancouver Avenue North. Upon arrival, they located an injured woman, suffering from what appeared to be stab wounds. The woman was transported to hospital. The suspect was identified as being known to the victim and was located nearby a short time later.

The 21 year old Saskatoon woman is now facing a charge of Aggravated Assault.
