Saskatoon Police are investigating an armed robbery which occurred early this morning.

At approximately 2:15 a.m., May 7, 2026, two men entered an off-sale in the 3300 block of Fairlight Drive. One of the men, who was wearing a mask, began to take alcohol and was confronted by a staff member. The suspect then deployed bear spray, injuring the staff member and his coworker. The two suspects fled the scene.

The staff members were treated at the scene for injuries consistent with the effects of bear spray.
