A man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection to a homicide in Durham Region, Ontario has been arrested by the Saskatoon Police Service.

Through coordinated investigation with the Durham Regional Police, members of the Saskatoon Police Service Criminal Intelligence and Street Crime Sections effected the arrest of a 20-year-old man wanted for second-degree murder in a 2023 homicide in Durham Region shortly after 6:00 p.m. on July 15, 2026 at an unrelated business in the 3000 block of Meadows Parkway. During a search of his person, a loaded handgun was located and seized.

Arrangements will be made to transport the accused back to Durham Region.
