Arrest - Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit Investigation - RM Of Morris, SK

The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged an RM of Morris resident with internet child exploitation offences.

On October 1, 2026, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a home in the RM of Morris. Electronic devices were examined at scene and also seized by investigators.

As a result of the investigation, 37-year-old Desmond M.E. Moore was arrested and charged with;

  • 2 Counts - Possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material

Moore appeared in court on October 1, 2026 and was released on court-imposed conditions until his next court date on October 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Saskatoon Provincial Court.

The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service, and Saskatoon Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material.
